Laura's Vegan Pear Smoothie
This smoothie uses in season pears with tender baby kale to create a sweet and nourishing smoothie that’s perfect for breakfast or a snack.
Pear, Almond and Kale Smoothie
(serves 1-2)
Ingredients:
2 pears
1 handful of baby kale (or spinach)
2 tablespoons of almond butter
250 ml of almond milk (I like Rude Health Almond Drink)
Directions:
Chop the stem and bottom from the pears and roughly chop.
Add to a blender along with the almond butter, kale and almond milk
Blend and serve!
