Make A Cocktail With Fatty's Organics

We asked our friend Phillippa, the Founder of Fatty's Organics to share a refreshing cocktail recipes with us, and we think it promises to be a hit with your friends all Summer long.

This recipe uses Fatty's Organic Pink Grapefruit; which has a zesty, fruity kick with a touch of turmeric. This spirit only contains 20% abv, compared to the usual 40% found in gin, meaning it has half the alcohol contents, but all the flavour.

You Will Need

50ml Fatty’s Organic Pink Grapefruit ⁠

10ml Lime Juice ⁠

50ml freshly squeezed Pink Grapefruit Juice ⁠

10ml Sugar syrup ⁠

Soda water ⁠

Pink Grapefruit ⁠

Ice

Method

1.Pour the Fatty's, lime juice, pink grapefruit juice and sugar syrup into a high ball glass with crushed ice.

2. Gently stir and add the soda water.

3. Garnish with a wedge of pink grapefruit over the edge of the glass.

4. Enjoy!
